Field Representative
Build and service our retail network across Trinidad: visiting stores, taking orders, keeping shelves stocked and opening new accounts.
The role
What you’ll be doing
As a Field Representative you are the face of Ar-Rayyaan Naturals to the shops that carry our products. You will work a territory, call on existing retail partners on a regular cycle, make sure our products are on shelf and correctly presented, take and process orders, and identify new stores worth approaching.
- Visit retail partners across an assigned territory on a regular call cycle
- Take orders and coordinate deliveries with the office
- Keep shelves stocked, faced and correctly priced
- Open new retail accounts and grow the distribution network
- Report back on stock movement, competitor activity and customer feedback
- Represent the company at expos and in-store promotions
What we’re looking for
What you’ll need
- A valid driver's permit and a reliable vehicle
- Comfortable talking to shop owners and managers
- Organised, punctual and able to work independently
- Basic record keeping and comfort with a phone or tablet
- Previous sales, merchandising or distribution experience is an advantage
