Refund & Returns Policy

At Ar-Rayyaan Natural Product Distributors, we are committed to providing our business clients with quality products and reliable service. To ensure a clear and consistent process for all orders, the following Refund & Returns Policy applies to all invoices and purchases.

No Refunds on Invoices

We do not provide cash refunds or monetary refunds on any invoice once a purchase has been completed. Where applicable, we may offer an exchange for another product that we distribute, subject to management approval and the conditions outlined below.

Products Approaching Expiry

If products supplied to your business are approaching their expiry date, your business is required to contact us on our official business line, 495-SEED (7333), approximately 2–4 weeks before the product expires. This allows our management team sufficient time to assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Requests made after the recommended 2–4 week notification period will be reviewed at the sole discretion of management, and an exchange or replacement may not be guaranteed.

Damaged Products

Any product that is found to have been damaged while being handled, transported, or delivered by our company will be immediately replaced, subject to verification.

If a product becomes damaged after it has been received and is in the possession of your business, including damage occurring within your warehouse, storage area, or during your own handling, the matter will be reviewed by management. Any decision to replace or exchange such products will be at the sole discretion of management.

Management Discretion

All returns, exchanges, replacements, expiry-related requests, and damage claims are subject to review. Final decisions regarding whether a product will be exchanged, replaced, or otherwise accommodated will be made by Ar-Rayyaan Natural Product Distributors’ management.
