Shipping Policy

At Ar-Rayyaan Natural Product Distributors, we are committed to making the ordering and delivery process as convenient and reliable as possible for our business clients throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

Free Delivery Throughout Trinidad & Tobago

We are pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY to all of our business clients throughout Trinidad and Tobago. There are no delivery charges or additional shipping costs for local business orders.

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is forwarded to our Production Department, where your order is carefully prepared, processed, checked, and packaged for dispatch. Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for your order to be completed.

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched immediately on the same day and arranged for delivery directly to your business.

Order Processing & Delivery

Our standard process is:

  1. Order Placed – Your order is received and confirmed by our team.
  2. Production & Preparation – Your order is forwarded to our Production Department for processing and preparation.
  3. Quality & Quantity Checks – Orders are checked and prepared according to the quantities requested.
  4. Dispatch – Once completed, your order is dispatched the same day.
  5. Delivery – Your order is delivered directly to your business at no additional delivery cost.

While we aim to maintain these timelines, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances such as public holidays, unforeseen operational delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

For customers and businesses outside of Trinidad and Tobago, international delivery arrangements are handled separately.

Once we receive your international order request, our team will review it and get back to you within 1–2 business days with further information regarding availability, shipping arrangements, delivery options, and applicable international shipping costs.

Please note that international shipping charges are not included under our free local delivery policy and will depend on the destination, order size, weight, and selected shipping method.
