Raw comb honey
Honey Comb
Mel · عسل
Comb and honey together in the jar, exactly as the bees built it.
NET 22 OZ (625 G) (21.97 OZ) DRY WT.
Cut comb sits in its own honey — unfiltered, unpasteurised, never heated past what it takes to fill a jar. The wax cells are edible and the honey around them still carries the pollen and propolis that filtering strips out.
Expect it to change over time. Raw honey granulates, the comb softens in warm weather, and the colour shifts with whatever the bees were working. That is the product behaving normally.
Eat the comb as it comes, on a cheese board, over warm bread or spooned into tea once it has cooled a little.
Store at room temperature and keep water out of the jar. If it granulates, stand the jar in warm — not hot — water. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
